WRONG PACKAGE

Please assist with the terrible service I've been getting from Nashua mobile regarding my data package added onto my bill... 200mbinstead of the 500mb I'm suppose to get is what's been added onto my account as per the call centre agent Mamello I spoke to in Bloem.. I initially had queried this a few months back and was advised that is has been sorted but to my surprise 13 days into the new month I get a credit limit SMS I call the call centre and I'm told my 200 mb is finished.. I've been incurring costs because of this unacceptable service that I've had from day one of getting this iPhone 5... This service from Nashua mobile sunny side right up to head office had been shocking... And I don't know how to go about it now because I'm not getting any assistance in this regard
