Vodacom Direct took 32 DAYS!! to fix my account

Ordered and received 3 handsets on the 6th of September after ordering them through Vodacom "Rewards" Direct and returned 2 on the 9th of September - unfortunately the delivery was within 24hrs, but the returns took 3 weeks to uplift via RAM Couriers after numerous phone calls and then another week to reverse the upgrades on the system again after numerous phone calls... Over and above this I upgraded today at a store (not using Vodacom Direct again) paid R300 rand for the 2 handset's upgrades and was told that the old pricing for the contract that I wanted increased a week ago with on average R29 per month.

It was stated to me numerous times that the uplift will take place between 5 to 10 working days! How does a company in todays competitive world get a 2 week promise so wrong that it takes more than a month to deliver proper service - it would seem that the selling part is great, but the fixing part is not so great.
