Hi this is the 3rd time I've complained on hellpeter and my ref 136BTK071113 has been open for over 4 weeks and still my ADSL line hasn't been resolved properly. What kind of company can't resolve a problem for over 4 weeks? Please get a service manager to contact me so that this matter can be resolved once and for all or else I'll have to cancel this account as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.
