Dissapointing Service

I ported from Vodacom to MTN because of the bad service I received, however I am so disappointed with the pathetic service again that I've received from MTN Smith street branch in Durban. I went to the store on the 30/09/2013 to do an upgrade on my cell and also took a laptop. I was told that I will be contacted in 2 to 3 day for my laptop and no one called, then 7 days later I left work early and decided to go the store and I was told that there was a document which was not sent to the hub. When I asked why this wasn't brought to my attention I didn't get an answer and they promised to call me in the following day on the 8th of Oct in which they did and took my laptop. The following day when I tried to connect to the Internet I was unable to and when I called the call centre I was told that my data sim card wasn't Rica'd in the store. I then called the store on the 10th and was told it will be sorted however when I called the call centre again on the 11th I was told that nothing has been done yet and today is the 12th day and STILL unable to utilise the service. I have been inconvenienced a lot through the whole process and I will appreciate if this could be resolved immediately.
