No service on checking netwrork reception

In March 2012 I upgraded from a Black Berry 9320 curve to take the black berry 9790 Bold. I had to transfer my data and activate the new pin by 1st May 2012. I went in for the transfer on the 30 April 2012 and problems started: NO or limited network coverage, SOS that prevents me from making or receiving calls, delayed tex ting of? 6hrs, with the lack of network, I had no access to social networks although I pay for BIS. I've received close to 5 if not more different phones, some new and some refurbished of which none of them worked. They've had to phone me on my telkom phone line when I've had those phones. On sunday (22 sept 2013), same model, just to phone them on Monday (23 sept 2013) yet again. Finally then the manager Ebrahim (I have been dealing with him since August 2012) lodged the complain and ask a technician to come to my house. This suggestion I've made more than a year ago. PLEASE HELP!
