Well low and behold another billing error or as it seems upgrade error whatever the case. contacted an vodacom consultant on the 1st of october 2013, no help, called the 2nd october 2013 no help. online chat with a vodacom consultant 2nd october 2013, promising to sort it out within 48 huurs some one would contact me-told her that the number in question i dont always have on me-she took my alternate day number-have not heard anything from them so i dont know what the error is, yet they have the cheek to send me my october bill already, with the same over charge amount. Totally disgusted with this company, they only sort out complaints once they are on hellopeter but never with first time calls- not my first time having problems, cant believe i have to be with them another year-wish i could have stayed on prepaid at least, nothing but misery since my number became a contract!!! Vodacom is what you call corporate
