Account bill increased by 10percent

I am not happy with the increase MTN advised of on my contract which equates to more then 10percent of my monthly bill. When one signs a contract for a certain amount, you expect the supplier to respect this amount and not increase the price of the contract repayment during the period.

Unacceptable!
