I am so dissapointed

Firstly on the 4th October 2013 I called MTN Direct to apply for a contract phone. I talked to Mellisa, I was told to wait 24hours for responce of approval or not. Amazingly no one got bck to me, on the 7th October 2013 I called MTN again to check on my application status, I talked to Mandisa whom told me my application was left open and not submitted.same day I went to an MTN store in westgate I cancelled my. telephic application and did a new application, thinking this time they'll give me a good service but I was defintely wrong, today its the 11th October 2013, I haven't heard anything from MTN, your service is very very bad, I'm considering changing to another network.
