The vodacom self service *111# is not giving the correct balance enquiry regarding sms's, it shows zero sms's. Bases on this I had purchased an sms bundle for R45. I rechecked my balance and it still showed zero sms's. On calling the call centre they said I had previous sms's available. All what I wanted was a refund for the R45.
None of these people could help, I have all the conversations recorded.
