I bought three cell phones on the 24th of September I paid for the delivery and insurance it was only dispatched to me on the. 30th of October after nagging for a tracking number I finally got one to discover my package was. They said they had sent a replacement and nagged for another tracking number. And monday afternoon after emailing and calling i eventually got hold of Raul and he said he would give me a refund which i then also had to nag for. Finally I got proof of payment which now 3days later still has not reflected in my bank account. When I go to the FNB online payment verification it says no data returned from request. I now do not know what to do as i paid a lot of money for these phones and have nothing to show for it nor do I have the money back.
