SACAMERA has been advertising free delivery within 1-2 days for all orders made on their website till 31 December 2013.
I made an order on [URL Removed] on 25 December 2013 and sent proof payment through.
Natalie Louw replied on 27 Dec to say that my package would only be dispatched on 30 Dec and would be available within 2 working days. She also said I would get a tracking number on 30 Dec. I have not received a tracking number or heard from SACAMERA about my order. Plus delivery is free to their branch office in Johannesburg because otherwise they charge you to deliver to your home address even though they have advertised free delivery.
I want to know what's happening here and should I assume that my package has been lost or SACAMERA has just decided to keep my payment.
