Vodacom is pathetic with their service

I phoned vodacom to ask that they send me my itemized billing, they inform me that they will send it hours later i get an sms saying they will send it upon recievig my fax!!! they never mentioned anything about a fax. In the sms it doesnt say what to fax or where to fax it too. after i phoned again i found out and faxed it, they told me it will take two days i said its fine as long as i receive it by monday, its very important. so 2days later, Monday past i phone again they ask if i sent documents i confirm they say they will request it be sent . 7 days after that and im still waiting i phoned every day and they told me the same... and guess what after 7 days i get an sms which says they didnt get my documents. but the 7 times i phoned, and i confirmed that i sent it and they couldn't tell me the first day they dont have it. its a simple easy request!! I want my itemized billing is hard to understand
