I signed up with them as my new Internet Service provider.
In the first week i signed on i head connection problems.
I tried to phone them and found out they do not work outside office hours
In daytime i made 2 phone calls an no one picked up.
I decided to send an online message on witch they are suppose to contact you.
They just did not contact me. I send a second online request. They still did not come back to me.
I send the my cancellation letter. I month later they subtracted the amount again. I tried 5 times
to get hld of the BIG BOSS Kyoma. He never came back to me. One the ladies even said she do not know why do not come back to me. At last one of the ladies gave me an email address to write to. I now send about 4 emails and all they keep on saying is the mail is automated i should have received a cancellation number, and they want that mail with the number from me.
