Pietie Promise!!!

I have been sent from pillar to post by Mtn over the last 3 weeks, after having received my upgrade and decided against it once I saw the phone, I then exercised my 7 day cooling off period and returned the phone, the supplier said as soon as they receive the handset, they will inform Mtn, to migrate my contract back to its original package, I was called by the supplier on the 27 September to say they had received my return and emailed Mtn to return my nr to its original contract. It is now the 10 October and the migration has still not taken place. I have phoned Mtn on a daily basis, received more names and reference nr"s to last me a lifetime not to mention the time I have spent phoning and being put on hold to give them my business! HELP, I have requested to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions, i just get put on hold and no resolve. Absolutely not acceptable, this is a total disgrace to be treated in this manner, your service is non-existent!!!
