I have a subscription with Cell c where they will provide me with a data and I pay R244 for 24 months. I have since notice I don't get the data but they keep on deducting the money. i have written to them but there is no response. So because of my frustration with the supplier I have decided to write to you. I want Cell c to rectify this or cancell the contract as it is of no benefit to me. Secondly I have a problem with my cellphone billing with Cell c. They promised they will charge me R69 per month for my subcription. They did that for a month or two and after that they reverted back to charge over R100 per month. I have written to them about this complaint as well and also here there is no response. And also here I wo't renew my contract which will end in November 2013.
