Kindly refer back to my Hellopeter complaint on the 16th of September REQ:2676644. I was told to contact the Coverage Department. I did so on the 18th via email. I received the auto reply email as proof that my email was indeed received and that's that last I had communication initiated by the Coverage Department. I called three times to check that status of my problem. First I was told the guy in charge of my case was on training. The second time I was told that he would calling me the next day to provide me with the status report (No he did not). The third time I was basically told I was scheduled on his queue that he would get back to me...
Is the service offered by MTN so pathetic that three weeks later he is still clearly his queue?
My issues are yet to be resolved and I am a paying customer. Kindly refrain by replying to this complaint with a generic reply that will not help. Instead perhaps refer me to someone who can actually help the issues.
