Insensitive and incompetant staff

Late last month i received an sms saying my account is in arrears i then called the customer care line from my mobile 140 i spoke to a lady cannot remember her name she told me my debit order went off on my debit order date, i recieved my data, minutes and sms until yesterday i received another sms saying my account is in arrears and my service will be cut down which is now, i called the call centre again spoke to mpumi she was insensitive while i was speaking she kept interrupting and being rude, i havent recieved a statement since i took the contract. i had it with the bad service im taking the phone back today no questions asked i do not want to deal with cell c ever in my life!
