I posted a complaint on Hellopeter on the 1st of October 2013 about being misinformed by the agent about my bill. On the 7th of October 2013, i received an e-mail from Warren Slabbert with the details of the data used and i clearly stated that i am not disputing the fact that i may have went over the limit, but since i was given the incorrect information by the agent i did not prepare for this expense and therefore an alternate payment plan should be made and i need to be refunded. I also stated that i want to cancel.
All of the above was on my previous complaint! Do you'll not understand English or is it too difficult to comprehend?
