MTN Ridiculous Rates

I purchased a Samsung S4 online beginning of May. I applied for the R399 package with 200 smses, 200 free minutes and 2gb Data. To my amazement they deducted R2700 last night. When I logged a complaint I was told by the call centre agent that its my data usage. How the do you use R2700 of data??? I only have a personal email address which is not that active and facebook now and again. I asked the agent if I can add a limit then as I cannot afford this amount each month if it is indeed my data usage. He explained that it is not possible, so know im stuck with this phone that I cant afford and have to pay for something I didn't agree upon. Yes, maybe R400 upon the R399 but not R2700 which is more than I am paying for my car. I want to cancel my contract and have nothing to do with MTN ever again. I am extremely upset. The call centre agent stated that he sent my details onto accounts for verification. Now I must sit and wait until someone decides to explain! I contacted my bank and reversed the payment I will not pay anything unless someone phones me back and explain to me what the is going on. I received the following reference number: Req2320389
