Further more to my previous report. The consultant tried calling me but i had no phone for 2 weeks, i tried to get a hold of cell c complaints department with no luck, i sent an email through. Cell C sent the email to their collection lawyers who contacted me thinking im complaining about them, the lady was very helpful explained my situation she asked me to put it in writing. I only got a response today from her stating that cell c says im liable for the money as i only changed my data limit on the 20/12/2013 that is correct because that is when i found out that it was an open contract and asked the consultant to limit it to the 2GB data pm and if that finishes i wait for the next month, because that is what the consultant sold me. Did cell c check the sales recording? You cant sell a client a false contract it says 2GBpm for R99pm, that doesn't mean open contract. Im in the insurance industry and i know very well about customer service and checking calls they don't just check one call. If i had to sell a client something falsely or did not disclose something this important to a client that would mean disciplinary hearing. So don't think you can mess with me.
