I have applied on their website for an installation at my house. Natalie said her co ordinater would handle the query after her. A week later they confirmed I they would definitely do the installation on Monday. The day came and I had to call them to confirm whether they where coming or not. I was given many excuses. They wasted a whole leave day I could have saved for something else.this also left me wondering about their service after being a customer! Do not sign up for kawuleza.look for other isps
