MTN does not care about there client or branches at all. I first reported the request at a local MTN branch in Klerksdorp 3 months ago and they assured me that someone will phone me back the same day. I returned the next day as I received no calls. Over the last 3 months I tried to phone mtnsp on a regular basis to report my problem sometimes holding on for almost a hour with no answer. I have been a loyal MTN customer for the last 12 years and this is the reward, absolute pathetic service. I went back to the MTN Flamwood branch for help and when they eventually reached someone they were told that I cancelled my insurance in May 2012.I went back to the branch today to inform them that I am insured through MTNsp and they tried to phone and had no answer after holding on for more than an hour. Thank you Flamwood branch for your service and willingness to help. I eventually found a mail that I received from mtnsp in 2012 and send numerous mails for them to phone me back with no joy. It is unfortunate to take these steps to hopefully get some feedback from MTN.
