Poor service from both on counter and repai

I had a problem with my contract cellphone (nokia E7), recently which was on the battery and or charger socket as the phone did not charge or want to start up after dying due to low battery. I then took my phone to the original supplier the MTN in Klerksdorp Flamwood branch, where they checked it and send it out to their technical department in JHB, i waited 2 weeks for it to come back. when i got my phone back it was in a box with some documents and the counter Lady told me the phone is fixed at no cost. to my supprise when i got home and tried to satrt up the phone it still did not want to start nor charge, i then started reading on the documents that came back with it, which were not straight and i saw a red sticker on 1 of the document written BER. When i called the technical deprtment they told me they could not fix my phone as it had liquid damage, i was very disappointed and concerned knowing that my phone never fell into liquid, i went back to branch and they lady said she was too busy the previous, to explain to me what happened. This is a worse experience ever from the MTN, and i m not gonna renew my contract next year.
