I have signed up with Web Africa and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
My internet has never worked for more than an hour. My line was suspended due to SPAM according to the technical department. I have received at least two emails from people I don't even know in which a proper system will be able to block if it a virus.
But no, at Web Africa, they just block your IP without even asking you if there is an issue or not. I was told that my laptop has a virus and which was a lie. I have scanned my laptop and no viruses were found.
I have Trend, running a Fortigate firewall and also Symantec spamming solutions. Why can't those sources find viruses on my system.
Whenever I ran speedtest, I got 1, 45MB on a 2MB line the first day my internet was activated and on the 2nd day, I got less than 512kbps and I am paying for a 2MB line. They blamed it on Telkom and I signed up the ADSL with them.
I will never recommend anyone to join Web Africa.
Their service is extremely BAD!!!
