AND still no one called me to solve my query. This is just unexacceptable! I want my credit to be sorted out for once and for all. can someone really attend to this query? someone that can realy assist me in getting my credit balance of R332.56 back. which was taken by Cell C. i had a phone call from one of your assistance to ask for payment but i told her solve my query and i will pay as per my statement. i had already paid R210.00 towords my account just to make sure i don't fall in debit. BUT i need my credit to be sorted out a.s.a.p.
