I'm the first to give complements when it's due, as I did to Intec when I enrolled as a student with Intec at the end of March with Natassja Leo. Great service etc. But I signed on with the deal to receive a free Galaxy Tablet within 21 working days after enrolment. As to date, 2nd May 2013, I still haven't received it. All I received was an sms that Intec does not have stock. But when I enrolled, Natassja said that there was stock. Now today, there's not even an manager who can follow this up! I hastily got the money together to pay my student fees so that I may qualify for this deal, and this is how I get treated. As per the South African consumer protection act, subsection 46, this is unacceptable! If I don't receive this tablet by tomorrow, 3 May, or at least be reimbursed for the value of a new tablet so that I may purchase one myself, I will take this further! I will also publish this complaint in all large publications.
