After 2 weeks of frustration with another shop and network I went to Telkom Mobile in Uitenhage. They had stock of the phone I wanted. I applied for the contract via email and after a few emails the contract was approved within 90 minutes. I am so impressed with the service and feedback compared to the 'other shop'.
