No cellphone delivered

MTN ref #: 104895541 On 26 Sept I called MTN to cancel an existing contract as the two years had lapsed and contract pricing increased by 72%. Retentions said my contract would reset back to original fee if i renewed my contract. So I renewed and was promised a new phone to be delivered within 7 days. I called yesterday (8 October) asking where my phone is- response no stock and we cannot provide you with another phone. Let me remind MTN that an oral contract was entered into, recording which I have. This needs to be resolved ASAP with a phone delivered. Call me on my VODACOM #
