Once again I am sitting on the phone to vodacom while typing this complaint. This is my second complaint because all I got from my first complain is someone will call me. 5 days later still nothing and now three weeks since I got my phone I am still sitting without a working phone. There seems to be no light at the end of this tunnel and Vodacom is charging me for a non existing service both phone and customer care.
Oh my lord, I have just been told I am sheduled to get a call back on the 18th of October 2013.
There is just no way any human can deal with this kind of service. Next step consumer protection Act...
