I made a purchase of the unisa 3g offer at the beginning of the month and it is still NOT activated.

I called the call centre in the beginning of the week and was escalated to team leader Jason Tlaba, call reference number 1308150000114291. He told me that he would log a case for me and I would be called back in two working days.

I called the call centre today and there is not trace of a case being opened. I escalated to another team leader, Ntlala (not sure of last name), and all he was doing was scripting me like the original consultant telling me I need to log another case. How will BL well opening another case get this resolved when they could not do it the first time right? And talk to me and don't read a bl script back to me!!!

Cell C government (apologetic for being late) sent me an email this week saying that they will be in contact with regards with the speedstick offer but still no activation.

I am not one who usually complains and normally give someone the benefit of the doubt but poor service is just unacceptable.
