Support calls 3012601584 & 3012601578 were logged on 26 Jan. 2013. On 22 Feb. 2013 I reported this on Hello Peter. I received another ref.3022200811. Response on Hello Peter was that the query was referred to Mbongeni and that he will contact me to resolve the issues.
This is now 4 weeks later and NO call, NO SMS from Cell C or Mbongeni. I think this speaks volumes of the way Cell C is conducting business. Looking at their Ads on TV you think they actually care for the people, they only care for your money!
Best part of it, They will commit F-R-A-U-D to get your money. They will tell you what you want to hear in order to sign the contract and once signed, the story change and you realise you were taken for a couple of hundred rand.
Non of my 4 contract with Cell C will be renewed once expired. I'll rather go back to writing letters and take my chances with our Postal service than to put one more sent in Cell C's pocket.
Resolve this issue and I will rethink my stance! Come-on Cell C, 8 weeks not responding to a customer! What;s wrong?
