Network signal problem for telkom mobile

Hi
im franklin im have a problem using Telkom starterpack, cause there is no network signal/coverage on nwamitwa village outside the town of Tzaneen in limpopo province. My problem is that i only reach network signal when im in Tzaneen town but when im in the village there is no signal at all.
