I switched from Vodacom to Cellc because CellC advertise the most network coverage.
At my home office, i do not get any signal. It is costing me customers.
I have reported the fault many times but have not had acceptable feedback.
The technician that is supposed to come to see me has not been here despite being promised three weeks ago that he would come.
I pay my bill everymonth, but am not receiving the service i pay for. I want my contract cancelled and my number released so that i can go to another network. This is against the CPA.
