I ordered a product from the Orange Online Store 7 days ago. It arrived promptly in South Africa on Sunday, but has been sitting in customs for 5 days since then without any feedback from Orange or the courier as to the cause of the delay. I tried to contact them using their call center, but I got a recorded message that they are only open from 10am-7pm. When I tried calling them after 10am, their phone line has been completely dead over the past 2 days. I sent them an email yesterday with this query concerned and have still not had any response. If Orange advertises 2-3 days for delivery, then they should have a system in place to follow up on orders that are being delayed for some reason.
