CHRISTMAS NIGHTMARE WITH ORANGE ONLINE STORE

I'm tired op typing emails. I'm tired of calling. I'm tired of explaining.

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM ORANGE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST.

Ordered phone acc on 2013/12/13. Great site. Great Feedback. Package landed in SA on 2013/12/16.

Since then - NOTHING.

I have received a bill from UPS with Customs taxes. This was brought under ORANGEs attention DAILY from 2013/12/18 up to now.

4 Calls were made to their Customer Care number. Consultants promised me the problem will be sorted and they will get back to me. NOTHING.

Emails (A LOT) was sent to various ORANGE emails. It took 3 days before the first reply, where they decided it is my problem and I must sort it out with UPS.( Go check on their website, duties and taxes are included in the price when you order, so i'm wondering how I must persuade UPS that everything has been paid?)

I really dont know anymore. I have never received service as bad as this.

Im tired of trying to get some help from ORANGE.

Proof of calls, emails etc is available.
