My Orange experience so fa

I recently ordered a Sony Smartwatch through Orange SA Online store.
At first everything went well untill like with most companies they charged my credit card and "dispatched" the order.

Since it has been non stop hassle trying to find out why the order has yet to be delivered.
Orange first neglected to contact me for a copy of my ID (first delay)
Then after several emails finally we got the deliver postal code correct and the item was "dispatched"
Currently it would appear that the item is stuck at customs in SA awaiting further information, this was the status on DHL website for 4 days with neither Orange or DHL contacting me for any further details.
I then emailed Orange again on 5 August and was told to call DHL, DHL asked me for some details and then said that Orange provided them with them with the incorrect invoice and that is the problem, there was also some mention of furhter costs which I find strange as Orange website clearly says that the customs fees are included in the price and is the same as a normal SA order.

I am still waiting for some feedback on this and it appears I am now being ignored by Orange.
