CELL C SERVICE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

I went to cell C fourways
I was told to contact the call centre- which I did
then told to send an email- which I did
Don't know whey I need to submit my complaint on hellopeter to get Cell C to pay attention!!!
1 of the 4 of my phones lines with cell C, I have been over charges for the last 3 months
1 of my 4 lines an Upgrade was done more than 3 months ago, to a Samsung S4.
Why is BIS blackberry still been charges also acc this month was over R2000,
99c per minute? I'm Getting Charged R1.31c a minute - WORSE THAN A PAY AS YOU GO RATE???
It gets beta I was then told c cover who were now a 3rd party vendor of cell c and had to be arranged BY myself and the insurance I was quoted for the S4 would be R350 a month???
084... pls cancel handset insurance with cell c / c cover, I want to also migrate 3 of my other lines, but might be a beta idea I move them to mtn or vodacom
im seriously annoyed with this bad customer service!!! its just unacceptable!!!
