Terrible service

Elite mobile contacted me to renew my vodacom contract which i did, that was on the 27th of September. Since then i have been trying to follow up on my phone, I have been told that there was a stock problem, that it has been dispatched and that i can call the couriers, they even gave me the number and said i should just use my id number to track it. Yesterday i was told that they would sms me when it went to the courier for dispatch and i could expect it the next day, the sms came after 5 minutes. Today 8th of October @ 15h00 I called to see what was happening and was told it has gone for dispatch and i can expect it this week or next week. This to me is unacceptable, they contacted me and can not follow through with the service offered, the staff do not know what is going on and tell total untruths.
