I contacted the call centre to lay a complain that why is it that i have 126 free sms and when i send a sms it comes out of my airtime, i was informed the matter will be handed over to the technicans to sort out and they will get back to me within 7 days it now over 3 months now and nobody called me back, each time i have to call them and still nothing is done about it. i still have 76 sms for the last 6 months and 50 sms for the past 3 months ialso visited their call centre on the 23/09/2013 and also laid a complain the call centre sent them an e-mail with ref.no. 2693967 up until today nobody called me
