I lodged a claim with standard bank on the 27 Aug 2013 and was promised to be called within 3 days which didnt happend. To try an get an update i decided to call their call centre to my shock i was kept holding for 15 minutes on more than 4 occussions. After all this i decided to lodge a complain via their internal structure and i was glad i received a responce and a promise for resolution of the matter within 48 hour. A say after the 48 hour had lapsed i had a miss call on my phone with a with a message that i should call them back (right i am!!!) i tried to call and same old same story. tried to send emails no reply. This is utterly nonsense. 12 days and still counting. I just applied for an online card at FNB.
