I signed a 24 months old contract with Heita in 2011 April. i called to enquire in April if my contract is cancelled in" April 2013", i was informed that i need to send a letter to [Email Removed] to cancel the contract. I was again informed that because they activated my account in June:( somehow, i needed to send the letter in the beginning of May. Which i did. During the month a send 2 emails to that same email address, i didn't receive any response from them. i called the call centre again on Saturday, where i spoke to Lady who gave me this email address [Email Removed] to forward her my letter i send in May, u guessed, Still no feedback. i called a 012 311 6578, the cancellation department, i was informed that some will call me, i guess this call will come after a year.i called the call centre again today, this guy tells me that i have to wait for another 30 days. REALLY??? I will NOT pay for this months subscriptions. i will not be punished for your Incompetence. i want the contract cancelled today.
