Putrid service at MTN V&A

I was helped with a macbook contract by Juanita on Thursday 3rd october, no response was received as promised with regards to me knowing if I was approved and when the stock will be available. After four days I was referred to chad, who said we could discuss packages via email, nothing was discussed about open line and top up. Went to the store same day to find that the contract was opened on open line and Chad went home, I was told it could only be done today, nothing was done to try and assist and to correct the error more efficiently.
