I have a query on mine and my husband's accounts dating back to Aug 2013. Have numerous reference numbers and assurances that I will receive my credit. This has not happened.
Lucia promised that a consultant would call me within 2-24 hrs -this was on Friday 4th Oct ie 4 days ago!!!
Please get manager to call urgently
