Our company have been MTN subscribers for a really long time. We have many contracts with them.
In November last year we converted a few of our numbers to the pay as you go package. i was then informed verbally by the corporate accounts manager of the Umhlanga Brande that these numbers have to be active once every 90 days. We were doing this, when i put numbers on this month i was shocked to discover that these numbers are no longer registered on the network. i called the accounts division in umhlanga and the advised that these numbers have gone in for recycling on 01.06.2013??? BUT i will be able to get it back. I should call 173. Tried that and the agents there told me that there is no way we can get these numbers back. So the corporate accounts manager of the Umhlanga branch has to me and now he wouldn't acknowledge that he misinformed me. he is blatantly ignoring me.

Our company wants these numbers back urgently. upon reading the pay as you go terms and conditions, i don't see anything about a 90 Day rule? what is the number for life option there for if MTN is sending in number for recycling??? this is absurd.
