3 weeks without a phone and counting

Gave my phone (Samsung note 2) in at Tyger cellular in Durbanville on 15/09/13 job no 9201065 (only got my phone in Jan of 2013). Was told it would take two weeks, but having had problems with my Blackberry before and it took like a day to sort it out I was not to stressed. Got the normal sms reply to say its booked in. After the first week I enquired about the repair and I was informed that they had to send it to JHB cause they could not fix it there. ARC informed me they only got the phone 01/10/13 and it could take up to 21 days for me to get my phone back. This would be 5 weeks without a phone where they gladly take my money. I explained to them that I have to run a business and need my phone (have lost a 5 figure sale because of my broken phone). The guy at the desk send a mail to his head and got flack cause he could not be bothered with it!!! (wonder how quick his phone would be sorted out if it gave him problems. After launching a official complaint on 3 Oct reff s3-t3z3k-kwjai no one has come back to me in 24 hours like they said. Someone is dodging a bullet. I. DONT THINK IT IS HARSH TO DEMAND A NEW PHONE
