I reside at an estate in Rooihuiskraal North. I have full 3G coverage bars but the internet is non existent on my phone. This is the second time that I query this and nothing has been done yet. You have all my detail as I am a contract subscriber and yet nothing has been done to resolve this. Why??? Why do I have 1GB of data that is of no use to me since I can't use it even in full coverage area??? This was logged 3 weeks ago. No action. Why???
