At the beginning of August I rang up and ordered an ADSL line and the chick convinced me to take the broadband package too, instead of going with MWeb. It seemed like a good deal. She checked the area and ensured me that it was covered and that there were available lines. I would be up and running in under a month. After a month of not hearing anything, I rang up only to be told that there were no lines, but that there was a project set for completion on 3 October. I escalated the problem and did not hear back.
On 3 October I phoned back only to be told that the project was now only going to be done on 12 December. I escalated again (544732) and have still not heard back. It is now 4 days later and they promise a 48 hour turn around time. I have to work from home and I have no ADSL to be able to do that.
This is really unacceptable!!!
