So i Ordered an ADSL line in october 2012 . I was told that there currently needs some work to be done but it is in the pipelines and was given an expected delivery date of December
I was also told that i would receive emails/sms's/phone calls with any updates regarding this
3 months go by nothing happens
not one sms or email or phone call
I phone about every 2 days and get told a different story every time
Ive been told that the work is still ongoing
another guy told me that they were sending someone to my complex to see how far the lines were threaded?
one of my favourites was a lady that apparently knew that my complex had no phone lines whatsoever, which is funny because according to the owners there are phone lines and telkom were too lazy to connect them during construction
so anyways, we are now on month 4 heading to five, and now i have been told it could possibly take another 2 months?
This has been escalated a few times with nothing different happening
I have received TERRIBLE customer service
I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with people from Telkom
In 4 months Ive received 1 phone call.
The best option i think is to just cancel the whole thing
