Called (Wednesday) to make changes in my facility which affected my monthly premium but was settled the same time. The later that day after i read the new facility documentation, i called for clarity on other changes that were there and i got an explanation. A day later and amount of R30 is debited on my account and two days later i received another facility documentation with changes in premium- now who made this changes and why?
i make a phone call (Saturday) to enquire and speak to Faizil Peterson who cannot resolve my problem but want to reduce the new premium "from heaven" by R10 and I do not agree then he says things will remain the way they are because he is unable to assist me but will give me a call on Monday. Monday comes and there is no phone call.
This morning (Tuesday) I recieved another policy schedule stating that the premium is the amount that was given on saturday and I did not agree to.
Who decides on the changes, dont I need to be informed?
