15 days and still no voicemail access

I contacted Gasan Nordien from Nashua Mobile Bellville on the 22/05/2013 and reported that my voicemail had stopped working.
He did not follow up on my fault # BO #SWZ-27763-829, 2 days later he asked if it was OK for me to loose my messages and to reset it, I agreed, NOTHING WAS DONE!!! I even asked Lindi to follow up and nothing came of it!
Nashua mobile have kept me waiting for 15 days (we are now the 05/06/2013) with zero results and my voicemail is still non existent!!! Today I spoke to Rafic the manager and he promised to get back to me and did not!!!
I am p'd off for sure.
I've been a client for more than 10 years and they don't seem to care. Well, watch the next contract if I will remain your client?
Hope this gets them to notice? :-)
